Superb Dolby Digital 5.1 processor..........4 Digital inputs(1 Coax, 3 Optical),1 RF input & 1 Optical Output. Full set of 6 channel outputs to external amplifier (and also has additional centre and subby outputs). 6 channel input Bypass for adding another decoder thru the sony (like a DTS decoder).........excellent easy to see front display with Motorised Volume Control and a good remote control......
Plus a truckload of DSP modes, and parameter settings (the best feature being the ability to select frequency cutoffs at 60/80/100/120 Hz for speakers set to Small, with anything under the selected frequency going to your subby)...... The Level of Detail from this processor is incredibly smooth and there's no need for any sort of Re-Eq'ing)........
This processor is not quite 2 years old and is in excellent condition (original retail price was $1500 and was always in high demand) ....  selling for $550.

I was using these cables between the sony and marantz.  very nice gold plated cables.  they sell for over $100 per pair  .
